WHO ARE WE? ADM

Catering Supplies is run by ADM Ltd who are manufacturers of wireless monitoring systems, using our knowledge and that of our customers we have worked hard to bring you a selection of the most popular and reliable products on the UK market today. ADM was established in 2007, using our combined knowledge & expertise in the hospitality, food manufacturing pharmaceutical and laboratory sectors we have been providing a range of wireless technology and automated data management. Since then ADM has installed systems across a huge range of client sites in various industry sectors. Working with and listening to our clients, ADM have progressively developed and added to our core ADM GeneSysWeb system, to meet the requirements expected within the various sectors ADM service. Our support for compliance and regulation continues to grow and evolve as regulations grow and change. We continue to provide no-nonsense solutions to clients, and continue to listen to our clients feedback to assist ADM to continue to develop and supply what our clients want. We now have decided to bring together all the best Catering Equipment, Recommended to us by professionals in the catering world.  ADM Catering Supplies offers a range of Thermometers and other equipment perfect for a busy business and to suit every budget. COMMENTS When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Data that is inputted into these forms are emailed to the relevant department and stored to a loo us to gather statistics about products and enquirers to help us make the clients experience better. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. Next day is not available for off-shore and remote delivery addresses: £5 – next day anytime £15 – next day before noon £20 – next day before 10:30 £30 – Saturday morning delivery Channel Islands via Royal Mail: £5.00 (ex VAT)  – orders up to £47.99 £6.00  – orders over £40 All consignments valued over £1,000 are charged at cost (approximately 1.5% of order value) and include a 1% insurance levy. The company reserves the right to charge extra delivery charges for any abnormal packages and for all off-shore addresses i.e. N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly. Please note: off-shore addresses can take up to ¾ days for delivery. GENERAL RETURN POLICY The following conditions apply to and are deemed to be incorporated in all orders, contracts, quotations and tenders for the supply and sale of goods by the Company. This policy only applies to goods purchased direct from ADM Ltd. Where goods are purchased indirectly then please contact the original supplier. Returns for refund/credit will only be accepted from the original purchaser and only if the product is purchased direct from ADM Ltd. All warranty claims will be handled by ADM Ltd. It is the responsibility of the customer to determine suitability of a product prior to placing the unit in service. In order to return your Item/s please print the below form, fill in the relevant information and return in with your return. Click the link to download a RETURNS FORM. RETURNING UNWANTED PRODUCTS Unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping charges. All boxes, packaging materials, accessories, manuals and certificates must be in new, re-sellable condition or a fee equal to the cost of the damaged and/or missing item(s) will be deducted from the refunded amount. Be sure to ship in a carton that protects the original item box or package. We suggest you insure the package for the full value. Used or damaged equipment may not be returned for a refund. Credits are not issued until the goods are received and inspected at ADM Ltd. It may take up to two weeks to process credits.   The request for a return must be made within 30 calendar days of the purchase and the return shipment must be made promptly after that.   Note that original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is a result of our error. If you have ordered correctly and we have shipped the wrong item, we will pay to return the item to us or we will send a delivery service to pick up the item at our expense.   Items missing or damaged in shipment must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of shipment.   Custom or special-order products are not returnable. RETURNS FORM – Download Here TEST & INSPECTION All returned products will be subjected to an inspection and/or test(s) to establish the condition of the goods before a refund, repair or replacement can be offered. We commit to providing a formal response within 48 hours of receiving the returned goods. WARRANTY The Company undertakes under warranty at its option to either replace or repair any goods sold or supplied in the following circumstances only: a)   Where the goods do not correspond to any written identifying description applied to them. b)   Where the goods prove to be defective and not fit for their ordinary purposes within the documented warranty period as detailed in the product manual. c)   The term “Defective” means failure due to a manufacturing fault or design error and does NOT mean any accidental damage or general wear of the instrument in normal use. Test and Inspection of the goods shall take place as described. d)   Warranty conditions and warranty periods are defined in the documentation supplied with your product. Automated Data Management, herein referred to as ADM Ltd. Your statutory rights regarding faulty or misrepresented goods are not affected. Please see our privacy policy GENERAL CONDITIONS In the event of the purchaser’s order containing special conditions, that order will only be accepted by ADM Ltd on the understanding that those conditions are not at variance with our own, or if there is any variance, that such conditions have been waived by the purchaser. PRICES Prices quoted are ‘Net Trade’ and are exclusive of Value Added Tax. Value Added Tax will be charged at the applicable rate at the date of despatch. Prices/charges will be those ruling at the date of despatch and, whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices quoted, no responsibility is accepted for any error or omissions. RISK IN THE GOODS & RETENTION OF TITLE Risk in the Goods shall pass to the purchaser when the goods are delivered to, or collected by the purchaser or his agent. Property and title to the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until all sums, including interest or legal costs due or owing to ADM Ltd or to its agents, howsoever arising, have been received by ADM Ltd’s bank and credited to ADM Ltd’s account. ADM Ltd reserves the right of passive retention, stoppage in transit, and the right of resale, of any goods when any said sums are due or owing. SETTLEMENT TERMS If a 30 day account is offered it will be strictly net 30 day unless otherwise agreed. ADM Ltd reserves the right to claim/charge interest at 5% above ADM Ltd’s Bank base rate, on any said sums which are not received by ADM Ltd or ADM Ltd’s bank by the due date. Non delivery or any delivery discrepancy must be reported in writing within seven days from date of invoice. ORDER CANCELLATION Cancellation of a purchaser’s order can only be accepted after prior negotiation and agreement. In the event of any cancellation, the purchaser will be liable for all costs incurred to date. LIABILITY All goods and information are supplied in good faith and the purchaser shall be responsible for ensuring the goods are appropriate for the purchaser’s applications. ADM Ltd are under no liability in respect of any defects in the goods, which come about due to the acts, omissions, negligence or default of the buyer or its agents. This does not exclude or restrict the liability of ADM Ltd for death or personal injury caused by negligence of ADM Ltd. RETURNED GOODS A charge of 25% of invoice value or a minimum charge of £10.00, in respect of packaging and administration, may be levied on goods ‘Not Wanted’ or ‘Incorrectly Ordered’, or due to duplication resulting from a ‘Confirmation Order’ not endorsed to that effect. All goods returned under this category must be received in their original supplied condition and returned to ADM Ltd within 30 days of the original invoice date. The purchaser will bear all costs of returning any goods. No goods that have been specifically manufactured to the purchaser’s requirements, can be returned for credit unless previously agreed with ADM Ltd. This does not affect your statutory rights. TRADING ACCOUNT To open a credit account, please contact ADM Ltd and, subject to a satisfactory credit check, a 30-day account will be opened. Any credit limit granted to the purchaser shall at all times be at the discretion of ADM Ltd and may be reduced, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. FORCE MAJEURE All contracts and transactions are subject to force majeure. ADM Ltd shall not be liable for any failure arising from circumstances beyond its control. For example, among others; Act of God, war, riot, explosion, fire, flood, strikes, supplier delays or Government action. EXPORT REGULATIONS Purchasers are responsible, at their expense, for obtaining any licence and complying with any export regulations in force within the United Kingdom and in the country of destination. LAW & JURISDICTION All transactions and disputes will be governed in accordance with the law of England. WARRANTY/GUARANTEE ADM Ltd guarantee all products against serious defect for a period of one year from delivery. The company will either replace the product, repair the product or credit the full price of the goods. This is the extent of the guarantee. Such warranties do not apply to probes, where a six-month period is offered. If products carry a longer manufacture guarantee, the purchaser must deal directly with the manufacture past the first year of the guarantee.  The product warranty / guarantee does not cover damage caused by fair wear and tear, abnormal storage conditions, incorrect use, accidental misuse, abuse, neglect, misapplication or modification, or use with non-ADM Ltd hardware/software. The user should make themselves aware of the proper use of measurement equipment, including maintenance, calibration, and comparison with other instruments. Information relating to this may be obtained from ADM Ltd. In line with our policy of continuous development, we reserve the right to amend our product specification without prior notice. Any claims under warranty, or complaints as to products or services, should be addressed to Automated Data Management.
